Open Tuesday through Saturday, our restaurant serves only the finest steaks cut from Aged Angus Beef, fresh seafood, and game, complimented by a Wine Spectator award-winning wine list. Our Executive Chef, Jeremy Jennings, ages our steaks anywhere from 35 to 41 days and create new menus seasonally.
